of Insurance Requirements
All Vendor and Contractors must have a current Certificate
of Insurance on file in the Management Office of Interstate
Tower before any work may be done in the Interstate
Tower building. |

Dock Rules and
Regulations
Anyone parking their vehicle at this dock and leaving to
service a building other than 121 West Trade St. or 112 South Tryon
St. will be towed, no exceptions.
Request
For After Hours Dock Time
All requests must be signed by Tenant then forwarded to the Management
Office. Please note: a current Certificate of Insurance must
be on file in the Management Office before access is granted.
Non-Permanent
One Time - Building and/or Garage Access Request
Use of this form is for One Time Only building and/or garage
access requests. This form must have Tenant approval.
